Day Sail and Snorkeling/River and Reef Trip
We are excited to
announce that tours are now available aboard our 38 foot Fountain Pajot
catamaran from River House Lodge to the Caribbean for guests.
Anyone from beginners to experts can enjoy sailing in
Belize and especially near River House Lodge.
Dependable northeasterly
trade winds and an abundance of good natural harbors
make Belize perfect for sailing. Sailing
opportunities include day sailing, dinner cruising,
moonlight cruises, and overnight trips.
With nearly 200 miles of
reef-sheltered coastline, over 3,000 miles of cruising
grounds, hundreds of islands, and three major offshore
atolls, Belize is a sailor's paradise. |

Factoids:
Day sailing tours are from 9a to 3p-ish
and include a box lunch.
Bring your own snorkel gear.
$70/person with a discount rate
for groups of 6 or more (4 person minimum and 14 person maximum).
Catamarans are very stable. Sailing is an excellent way to combine
water activities: fishing, diving/snorkeling, photo opportunities,
and even whale shark watching (during the full moons of April, May,
and June). |
