Booking and
Reservation Policy
- Submit a room
availability request.
- River House Lodge
will e-mail reply to let you know if your room request is available
and provide you with a secure link to Paypal for
making payment.
- To confirm
(guarantee) your
reservations, a deposit of 50% of the room charge
for your stay is required.
- The balance (full payment) is required
at least 30 days prior
to arrival.
- Cancellations
received more than 30 days prior to arrival will
be charged 40% of your deposit.
- No refunds will be
given after full payment is made.
